Defects

With all new build properties there is a 12-month defect period where defects will need to be reported back to the contractor or developer. If you search for the address on IBS there will be a note stating when the defect period ends and the contact details for the Development Support Officer at Bron Afon, who you need to report any defects to. You will need to add a note to IBS stating what has been reported.  The DSO will then make contract with the contractor and the contractor will then liaise with our contract holder to visit the property.
