Data Breach or GDPR concerns
Any allegations of breaches of data or GDPR can be passed to our Data Protection Officer / Team via email at data.protection@bronafon.org.uk.
The team will investigate the allegation within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach to assess if it is a reportable breach to the ICO. The team will provide an outcome of the complaint and take any necessary actions.
Police Protocol
We have a local partnership agreement with Gwent Police and a protocol for the exchange of information. This means that under certain circumstances enquiries may be made to the Police by us or by the Police to us about any persons housed by or applying for housing with Bron Afon Community Housing.
