We will consider a request to buy a garage from the contract holder who is leasing the garage. There is a guide price of £10,000. If repairs are needed then the cost will be deducted from the guide price.
If they are still interested then please send an activity to Shelley Mapp and she will arrange to visit.
The same applied to any interest in buying a garage, whether they are currently leasing a garage or not. You will need to check if the garage is void first.
We will look to sell a garage if the block it is in is of mixed ownership between Bron Afon and private owners.
If Bron Afon own all garages in a block, we won’t sell any of them.
