If a contract holder lives in a flat and decides to change their utility provide or fit a phone line etc., they will need to give the engineer access to their meter cupboard. If they can’t find a key, we can arrange to give access to the engineer.We run an appointment booking system and need five working days notice. The contract holder will need to:
- Arrange a slot with the engineer (e.g. Sky, BT). The slot must fall within 08:00 – 15:00 Monday – Friday (except bank holidays and Christmas shutdown).
- Fill in the booking form on our contact page here, and we will arrange to open the cupboard for the engineer.
