What we will do (routine). We will only routinely read certain panel meters and send that reading on.
We do not provide access to energy meters inside private cupboards in stairwells / corridors (customers should have a key / been given a key at the start of their tenancy.) They will need to agree to the locks being changed if this key is lost, this is subject to a recharge for the work involved.
We do not deal with queries related to energy bills, energy use, or service charges related to energy use etc.
The Finance Team / Service Charge Manager will deal with the above.
