We require all applicants to provide us with proof of income at the pre-tenancy. We always ask for 3 months most recent bank statements for the person/s being considered for the property, and on some occasions, we may ask for things such as a screen shot of your UC journal. This is for us to check that the property is affordable for you and to offer any support where needed.
