You can expect your home to be up the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and all health and safety standards to have been met, you will be supplied with all the necessary certificates in relation to this.
Your new home will not come with any appliances, furniture, carpets or flooring (apart from the non-slip flooring in the kitchen and bathroom).
On some occasions, if the housing officer sees fit, we will offer you a paint voucher.
