During your pre-tenancy, the New Homes Coordinator will let you know if the property is ready for letting or give you a target date for when the property will be ready for letting. Its important to understand that the dates they provide and can never 100% accurate.
Although, we are committed to delivering the property on the target date provided, on some occasions unforeseen things can happen causing delays that can be completely out of our control. But rest assured we do everything we are able to have your new home ready for you as soon as possible.
If/when your new home is ready, your housing officer will contact you within 48 hours to book in a viewing and then sign up.
