If a Contract Holder requires long term support with help on their daily chores, appointments, a kind of support that doesn’t really qualify for tenancy support, then they can contact Adult Services in TCBC themselves; this is always the best option. The referral does not need to go through tenancy support or Gateway. If they are over 55 and don’t meet the criteria for social services, then you can put them in touch with Age Connect or Age Concern.
