Communal Garden – Can you sit outside in the communal garden?

Yes, you can but we would ask that you act reasonably and consider your neighbours. This includes not obstructing communal footpaths, shouting, sunbathing directly under neighbour’s windows, or playing loud music at unreasonable times.
