Yes! All our contract holders can use their My Bron Afon Account to view their rent account, statements and make payments.
On the mini-statement, they’ll see the weekly charge and any payments received. They can click into each payment to see a breakdown.
Rent payments will show the following afternoon once it’s uploaded to your account. If they make a payment on the weekend, they won’t see this payment on the account until Monday afternoon.
They can download the My Bron Afon app or register on our website.
