ATP can be set at a weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly payment frequency.
However if the contract holder is in receipt of UC or HB the frequency would need to reflect these payment dates.
Example
A contract holder would like to set an ATP for £5 per week and is also in receipt of housing benefit which is paid 4 weekly. Instead of setting the ATP for £5 per week it would be set for £20 every 4 weeks in line with the housing benefit payment date.
Example 2
A contract holder has a UC APA which is paid 4 weekly, DHP paid 4 weekly but pays an agreement weekly. The ATP would bet set as a 4 weekly frequency to mirror other payments.
