  • Queries on our banking arrangements and money received into our account
  • Invoices you need to raise
  • Payments to suppliers
  • Credit card payments
  • Supplier set-up queries and P2P
  • Tenant accounts and new rent accounts
  • Changes to tenancies
  • Taking payments relating to rents
  • Grant claims and returns to Welsh Government
  • Your budget for the year
  • Understanding your financial performance
  • Development management accounts and spend
