We can only discuss the rent account with the account holders or any listed advocates which will be on the right hand side of the contact screen.
We must confirm security questions with either of these before discussing the rent account to stay in line with GDPR. This must be done through all channels; phone calls, live chat, emails and social media.
The rent account can be accessed through the tenancy screen.
