YODA – Viewing a rent account

1. After searching the address, click on the address under “Tenancies”.

2. This will take you to the tenancy page for the property.

3. On this page, go to the “Summary” tab (just below the property address) to see the active payment transactions.

If you’re on the account holder’s profile:

4. Click “Tenancy Contacts” (below the customer’s address).

5. You’ll see a list of people linked to the property, such as occupants, the account holder, and former occupants.

6. Find the address you want, and click on it under “Tenancy” (not “Property”).

7. This will take you to the rent account page, where you can view the active payment transactions.
