Yes, we can process a refund of the credit of your account however, as per the tenancy agreement we would need to leave 1 week of rent on this.
We are unable to hold large amounts of credit on your account therefore, if you request a refund we will need to provide you with the full amount of credit leaving 1 week of rent on the account.
We will process the refund and it will be paid into your account the following Friday.
If you are in an emergency situation, we may be able to process a same day refund.
All refunds need to be recorded as an activity on Yoda.
