| March | Shrubs and Hedge Maintenance, completing this month. | Grass cutting (general, enclosed areas within blocks and at retirement schemes) on a fortnightly cycle, please bear in mind that this work starts mid-month and is weather dependant so may have an element of “stop / start” according to rainfall and ground conditions.

| April | Grass, work around blocks and summer pruning ongoing. | Any necessary preparation for biodiversity areas can be undertaken early this month depending on requirements.
Weed control on Bron Afon hard surfaced areas normally starts in this month as does increased maintenance around blocks to control weeds and other maintenance inside enclosed blocks |
| May | Grass, work around blocks and summer pruning ongoing. | |
| June – September | Grass, work around blocks and summer pruning ongoing. By now also (depending on growth) shrubs and hedges may be growing such as to interfere with the footpath. If this is dangerous, we can lightly prune growth and brambles growing into the footpath on request.

| October | Grass maintenance may continue dependant on the weather, and it is likely that grass will continue to grow so cutting may continue until mid-month.
Winter shrub bed maintenance commences.
Cleansing operations also include leaf blowing and clearance as required. |
