How to set up a master key
- Once you log into the Intratone Portal you will be sent to the home page.
- Click on the Master Keys tab.
- Click on the Create a New Master Key button and the below screen will appear.
- The “What do you want to create” box will open. Click on the click here button next to “a masterkey : fob or transmitter”
- The “Master Key” screen will open, you will need to fill out the name and serial boxes as a minimum. Type in the persons name who will be receiving the master fob in the name box. Then look for the engraved serial number on the fob and type this into the serial box, the colour box will then self-populate and turn the colour of the fob. You can also select a category for the fob in the type box.
- You can also set a date and time to disable the fob if required and set up a time range. If you want the fob to be able to access all of the Bron Afon schemes which has an Intratone system, click on the all button.
- A green tick will be selected against each scheme. If you only want to select certain schemes, just click in the selection column next to each schemes that you require. Then click save. Remember to go back to the My Properties home page and click update all.
