How to change a customers phone details
- Once you log into the Intratone Portal you will be sent to the home page.
- To access a particular scheme either left click on the my properties tab at the top, or the properties icon. If you click on the properties icon, it will give you the option to create or modify, select modify. This will then pull up a list of the schemes which have Intratone door entry systems installed.
- Left click on whichever scheme you wish to view and this will then bring up a list of properties in the building.
- Select the property you wish to view
- The system can store up to two numbers for each property, a primary and secondary number. The system will always call the primary number first and if it doesn’t get a response, it will then ring the secondary number.
- If you click on the person icon with the flat number, it will open the a screen where you can edit or add information. So for example, if someone has changed their phone number recently, you can click on the primary phone box and change the number, or add a secondary number. Remember to click the save button at the bottom of the screen, following any changes you’ve made, you will also need to update the system afterwards.
- Left click on the my properties tab again and it will return you to the my properties page.
- Once back on this page, left click on the update all button, this will send the updated information to the relevant door entry system and the changes will be made. You can now exit the portal.
