How to add an additional mailbox
- Scroll to the top of your folders in Outlook and right click on your email address
- Select ‘Data File Properties’
- On the next screen click ‘Advanced’
- Click ‘Advanced’ tab at the top of the next screen
- Click ‘Add’ and type in the first few letters of the mailbox you need to add.
- Highlight the mailbox and click ‘Add’
- Repeat this process to add further mailboxes
- Click ‘OK’ to close the windows – added mailboxes will now be available in your folders list
