Below is an overview of what we will do, can do, and may do in relation to grass cutting and land maintenance to ensure clarity for both staff and residents.
Will do (routine)
- Monitor grass contract (missed cuts, quality)
- Monitor cleansing effectiveness (provided alongside grass March – Sept)
- Cut grass inside defensible (enclosed) spaces around flats (excludes Independent Living).

Apart from IL schemes who pay per the service delivered to their particular scheme others pay a small contribution towards the maintenance of the land (grass cutting only) in their community, not directly outside their home.
