Will do (routine)
- Provide access on request (5 days’ notice required)
- Meter reading quarterly inc. sub meters
- Meter reading ad hoc (resource depending)
- Swap bins below chutes (The Tower only)
- Prescribed DOC checks (weekly at IL schemes and high rise).
Can do
- Report repairs
- Address blocks bin chute – request only
- Work with colleagues where bin areas are not being used properly.
May do and qualifications / notes
This does not translate into a responsibility for the infrastructure, including the cupboards etc.
We do not:
- supply keys for, or force entry to cupboards.
- undertake repairs and maintenance of the bins chute or associated parts.
- arrange maintenance of fire panels, smoke alarms etc.
- Manage white goods, except Tan Y Coed and Sid Griffth’s court.
- Manage any laundry facilities – see the IL Team
- Manage any lounge, lounge furniture etc. – see the IL Team
- Read meters inside dwellings – see the IL Team.
- Manage building contractors, contracted building work – see the Project Manager for the project.
