Will do (routine):
- Basic inspection of the block and outside spaces. This is not an expert fire safety or building control inspection.
- Fly tipping (not removal of personal possessions)
- Check bin areas
- Grass cutting – defensible areas
Can do:
- Control litter and leaves (Winter) using blowers BC staff to assess.
- Weed control and grounds maintenance – ad hoc only
- Sanitise bin area – request only
May do and qualifications / notes:
- 2023/24 – intentions to explore resourcing planned maintenance of drying areas (hard surface). NB Quality of existing surface does not allow for simple routine maintenance.
- Drying lines are replaced by Property Maintenance / DLO.
- Fences and gates outside (around blocks) would be repaired by Property Maintenance / DLO.
- New compliance/cleaning sheets starting January 23 to incorporate more outside visible inspections.
