IL3 properties sit under our Independent Living Team.
We lease these homes to our to partners – Llamau, Mirus, TCBC, POBL
They then tenant the homes and manage the tenants – usually people with high care and support needs, disability or people from care.
There are around 40 of these properties. Each property will have its own lease with our partner and it will stipulate whether we or they are responsible for repairs.
Payments for the lease will come from the partners.
