All repairs need to be reported to Shelley Mapp. This can be sent via an activity on Yoda.
If someone is chasing up repair work then you can contact the contractor to provide an update whilst they are on the phone to resolve at first point of contact.
At the moment we are only carrying out essential emergency or health and safety repairs to garages. For example if a car is stuck in the garage as the door has broken or if there is a risk to life. This would be raised as a same day emergency repair.
If the contract holder is unhappy with this we can look to offer them an alternative garage in the area. If they would like this please contact Steve Davies.
Alternatively the contract holder of the garage can hand in their keys to stop paying for any charges on the garage. Once the repair has been completed, they will then get first refusal on the garage.
