Touchpoint – resolve a callback

You will be required to resolve outbound and callback calls. This will be an option under the drop down arrow in the Callback tab in the Interactions window.

 

 

Use the Transfer call to… option to transfer the call to a queue.

Note The options displayed are security controlled. If you do not see an option you may not have the required permission.

Note Depending on how your system is configured, you may need to wrapup the call.
