TouchPoint allows you to process Outbound calls and Handle Callback.
You can handle Outbound calls in a very similar way to calls in other media queues. Here is how:
When you are logged into an Outbound Queue we’ll deliver Outbound calls to you. Depending on how your system is configured, we will deliver the Outbound call to you and open your interaction window, or a pop-up notification will appear and you choose to accept it. You’ll know it’s an Outbound call because the pop-up notification will have the Outbound icon. When you click Accept we’ll display the interactions window where you can view or play any messages associated with the call.
If there is a recorded message associated with the call we’ll start playing it. If you want to hear the message again you can hover over the
and we’ll display a play button to play or pause the message.When you are ready you can click call on the call bar and we’ll make the outbound call for you.
