Touchpoint – printing an email

You can print inbound emails as well as both historical inbound and outbound emails. An email can also be printed when previewed.

To print an Email

  1. Open or preview the required email.
  2. Select the Print Email command in the drop-down menu on the Email interaction page.

The application will pop the standard system print screen where you can select the printer and configure all basic print parameters.

What we print

Printed emails will have headers showing the email subject, To and From addresses, and the date and time the email was sent.

Note The Print command is not available for outbound emails that are being composed.
