Touchpoint – saving email to file

From time to time you may need to save an email. You can do this from the Interactions window or the History panel. Here’s how to do it:

In the Interactions window:

  1. Click on the drop-down arrow.
  2. Select Save to file from the menu.
  3. Select the location you want and click Save.

In the History panel:

  1. Click on the Email interaction.
  2. Select Save to file from the menu.
  3. Select the location you want and click Save.

Note You will need to have the correct security parameters to see the Save options.
