Touchpoint – deleting junk email from queues

If too many junk messages are being delivered to your queue, you can quickly select and delete multiple messages at once if you have the correct security permissions. This will save time and keep statistics accurate.

To delete junk messages from a queue:

  1. Select view details for the queue
  2. Click the multi-select toggle icon to display a check box for each email in the queue.
  3. Select the emails you wish to delete and click the trashcan icon or click the 3 dots and select Mark as Junk from the options. You will be asked to confirm whether you want to delete the emails.
  4. Click Delete to confirm and the emails will be deleted.
