The Public Services Wales Ombudsman have legal powers to look into complaints about public services and independent care providers in Wales.
They also investigate complaints that local government councillors have breached their authority’s code of conduct.
They are independent of all government bodies and the service is impartial and free of charge.
Our Contract Holders will usually contact the Ombudsman once they have exhausted our complaints policy.
