You can listen to, transfer and delete voice mail messages, as well as manage messages in your voice mailbox.
To access voice messages left for you by a caller:
From the History Info panel in the Statistics window,

- Click on the drop down arrow. We’ll display all the voice mailboxes you can access, as well as the option All Mailboxes which will let you view all messages in all voice mailboxes.

- Select the voice mailbox you want and we’ll display any messages.

- Click on the voicemail message and select from the following options:
- Play Message
- Play via Phone
- Distribute Message (to transfer a message to another user’s voice mail).
- Delete Voicemail
- Mark as Read
- Mark as Private
- Mark as Not Private
- Mark as Saved
Note If you have more than two voice mailboxes we will display each mailbox as an option and an All Company Mailboxes option that will display a combined view of all mailboxes.
Transfer a voicemail to another user’s mailbox:
- Click Distribute Message.
- Search for the recipient using the search box. We’ll display any matching results and select from:
- Copy – A copy of the message will be put in the selected mailbox and the original message will remain.
- Move – The original message will be transferred to the selected mailbox and removed from its current mailbox.
- Cancel – The operation will be cancelled.
Tip To use the mailbox management features you’ll need to have the correct permissions etc
