Touchpoint – viewing all calls or emails in a queue

You can view all calls waiting in a queue. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the required Queue in the Queues info panel in the Statistics Window
  2. Click on View Details in the menu.

We’ll display the Queue Details Info Panel where you can see all calls in the queue.

TipYou can return to the Queues Panel by clicking on the left arrow icon.
