When you use Park:
- We put your call in a park slot and play music to your caller (if your phone system supports this and it has been setup).
- The call is moved off your extension, so you can use your phone to make or receive calls, or do other phone-related stuff.
Parking a call:
Hover over the active call on the , then click the Park button. You can now make another call using your extension.
