Touchpoint – handling phonecalls

You can handle calls in a very similar way to interactions in other media queues. Here is how:

When you are logged into a call Queue, we’ll deliver queue calls to you. A pop-up notification will appear and you can choose to accept it.  You’ll know it’s a call because the pop-up notification will have the call icon.  When you click accept, it will display the interactions window where you can view any information associated with the call, enter scratch pad notes, view releated interations and wrapup the call.
