You can select to display queues other than your own delivery queues in the Queues view.
When you log into TouchPoint we’ll display all your delivery Queues in the Queues info panel. However, in order to better understand the overall situation in your organisation, you may need to view queues other than your own delivery queues. Here’s how:
You can use the Queues drop down filter to display additional queues or change the queues that are displayed in your view. We give you the following options:
Filter | Description |
---|---|
My Delivery | This will display only the queues you get calls from (The default selection). |
My Department | This will display queues for your department (Setup in Administrator). |
My Company | This will display all queues in your company (Setup in Administrator). |
My Selection | This will display a custom list of queues to view (Setup by you, using the Customize link below). |
Customize | The Customize Queues filter allows you to customize the My Selection view.

We give the option to “Always show the queues I have delivery from“. Selecting this means we will always show your delivery queues, even if they are not selected.
