If you want to take queue calls you’ll need to log into Queues. You can use your default Login class or, in some cases, you can pick one from a list.
Logging into Queues Using Your Default Login Class:
Click on the TouchPoint logo on the Call bar, or hover over the User State Panel then click Log in to Queues.
- Click on the Call bar TouchPoint logo, or hover over the User State Panel, then click the settings icon on the Log in to Queues button. We’ll display the Your Login Options screen.
- Pick your Login Class from the list, then click OK.
Tip If you’re logging in to a multimedia Login Class (and your System Administrator has given you permission), you can choose the types of calls that we’ll send you (for example: phone, email and chat).
- Click on the Call bar TouchPoint logo, or hover over the User State Panel, then click the settings icon on the Log in to Queues button. We’ll display the Your Login Options screen. You’ll see a list of queues with check boxes, which you can check or un-check to select.
- Check the queues you want to log into.
- Click Login to log into these queues.
Logging out when you’re done
Click on the TouchPoint logo on the Call bar, or hover over the User State Panel then click the Log Out of Queues button.
Tip You can set things up to automatically log you out of your queues each time that you exit TouchPoint.
