To be able to access a fuel voucher, the customer must be on a payment meter and have no gas or electricity.
They do not need to provide a bank statement but must have no credit on their meter. The customer must provide evidence of this via a photo of the meter reading.
If the application is successful, the customer will receive an email or text with the voucher code which they can then take to a local paypoint to top up their meter.
The value of the voucher differs depending on the time of year and the weather.
Please be aware we can only give 3 vouchers per household in a 6-month period.
