Food Parcels – what are the requirements?

If our contract holder has exceeded the EAP and has been referred to our Tenancy Support Team, they will receive a phone call from the duty tenancy support officer. 

Our food parcels are distributed from Eastern Valley Foodbank and the contract holder will need to pick up the parcel. 

Tenancy Support have access to food vouchers through our hardship fund. This is a last resort for customers only and the duty support officer will discuss eligibility for this with the customer. The contract holder will be asked to provide a bank statement so that the team can determine if the customer meets the criteria.  

If they refuse to provide a statement, unfortunately they team will not proceed with the parcel.  We need to ensure that the case is genuine before making the necessary arrangements. 

To access this service for a customer please email the tenancy support team tenancy_support@bronafon.org.uk. If adding an activity on YODA please forward this link to the Tenancy Support email address. If this is not emailed to the team it may delay the process.
