Raising a support referral on YODA

If you are raising a support referral for our internal contact support team, you will need to raise a case on YODA and assign to the Inclusion and Investment Team.

You should refer to our internal team for support with:

  • Set up a new contract
  • Manage your rent
  • Claim benefits, maximise and manage your money
  • Try to lower your water costs
  • Apply for funding for important household items
  • Access food parcels
  • Access specialist support to manage physical and/or mental health conditions
  • Access support to find volunteering, training and job opportunities
