Health & Safety Team

The team support the business to provide you with advice and guidance on health and safety, so that we can keep ourselves and our contract holders safe.

Their work involves:

  • Providing second level assurance to the business on our Health and Safety systems and processes
  • Advising and supporting managers with their H&S duties, such as risk assessments and accident investigations
  • Developing procedures and guidance on legislation
  • Recording and reporting on accidents, incidents and near misses
  • Partnering with teams across the business to create and promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Listening and learning of how to make things safer
