The team support the business to provide you with advice and guidance on health and safety, so that we can keep ourselves and our contract holders safe.
Their work involves:
- Providing second level assurance to the business on our Health and Safety systems and processes
- Advising and supporting managers with their H&S duties, such as risk assessments and accident investigations
- Developing procedures and guidance on legislation
- Recording and reporting on accidents, incidents and near misses
- Partnering with teams across the business to create and promote a positive health and safety culture
- Listening and learning of how to make things safer
