When an applicant is matched to a property, before a formal offer can be made a pre-tenancy interview is required.
A member of the New Home Coordinators will contact the successful applicant and book this in. The pre-tenancy is carried out over the phone and can take anything from 15 – 30 minutes. All applicants are required to provide supporting documents at pre-tenancy stage.
Following a successful pre-tenancy, the applicant/s will be offered the property.
